Welcome to the "Open House" for prospective sailors for DC Sail's High School Racing Program.

This is the registration form for our open practice on Friday, May 17th.

Event will start at 4:30 PM and end at 6:00 PM.

Registration is a Two-Part Process.

Step One: Please submit online registration. This should take just a few minutes. Parents, please enter your name at the top of the contact form. There is space below the address area for sailors' contact information.

Step Two: Launch, print and complete hard copy of the Medical Form, Code of Conduct document, and Waiver of Liability Form. The hard copy original document is to be delivered to coaching staff the date of attendance. Sailors will only have access to the docks/boats with this form.
